Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated on each promotion page. Failure to complete wagering before withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All accounts must pass identity verification before withdrawals are processed. You will need to submit a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP), a selfie, and proof of address.

Each individual may register and hold only one Account on the api228 Platform. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. api228 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances therein without prior notice.
You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. Material inaccuracies — including providing a false date of birth, using another person's identity, or listing a fictitious address — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. api228 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify api228 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be resolved. Withdrawable Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
api228 is required by its licensing obligations and international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards to verify the identity of every account holder prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds.
KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team during business hours (09:00–18:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Standard verification completes within 2–24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Submissions received outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be queued for the next available business day. You will receive an email notification upon approval or if additional documents are required.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a verification request, api228 reserves the right to suspend your Account, block further deposits, and withhold withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved. If verification ultimately fails due to fraudulent documentation or identity mismatch, your Account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited subject to regulatory requirements.
api228 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment channel and account tier. api228 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments or risk management requirements without prior notice.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. api228 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which api228 bears no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts — including those of family members, partners, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Such deposits may be returned to the originating account and your Account suspended pending investigation.
api228 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or prepaid vouchers as deposit methods. All account balances are maintained exclusively in IDR.
You may request a withdrawal of Withdrawable Funds at any time provided that: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) no active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on those funds; (c) your Account is in good standing with no pending security investigations; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during business hours (09:00–18:00 WIB, Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–6 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Gold VIP members benefit from a same-day processing guarantee regardless of submission time.
Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC documents. api228 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If you originally deposited via a specific bank or e-wallet, your withdrawal must, where technically possible, be returned to the same account.
Bank transfer withdrawals are free of charge. E-wallet withdrawals incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 10,000 per transaction. api228 reserves the right to review and update fee structures with 14 days' advance notice published on the Platform.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives offered by api228 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general conditions set out in this Clause 7. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they become Withdrawable Funds. The wagering requirement multiplier applies to the bonus amount only unless stated as applying to "deposit + bonus". Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates:
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per spin, hand, or bet is Rp 25,000 for slot games and Rp 50,000 for table and live casino games. Sports bets placed during an active bonus must not exceed Rp 100,000 per selection unless the promotion specifically permits higher stakes. Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as stated on the promotion page. Unused or unwagered Bonus Funds that remain at the expiry date are automatically removed from your Account without compensation. Wagering deadline extensions are not granted except in circumstances of documented technical failure on the part of api228.
api228 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion between players, use of automated betting software, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and systematic exploitation of low-margin game types to clear wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, api228 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently exclude the Player from future promotions.
api228 is never obligated to offer any particular promotion to any individual player. Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time with reasonable notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by api228. A bet is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation (bet slip or transaction receipt) displayed within the Platform. api228 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after an event's result was known; (b) an obvious pricing error occurred; (c) the bet falls outside published stake limits; or (d) the Platform experienced a technical fault that affected odds integrity.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by product, league, and event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. api228 may apply individual stake restrictions to specific accounts without disclosing its risk management reasoning.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment without resumption, walkover results, or pricing errors materially affecting market integrity. In mix parlay (accumulator) bets, a voided selection is typically removed from the parlay and the remaining selections settled at revised combined odds.
Togel results are sourced directly from the official lottery authority of the relevant jurisdiction (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, New South Wales Lotteries, and Macau Lottery). api228 publishes results as provided by these authorities and bears no responsibility for errors in officially published results. All togel bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, and others) are settled according to the specific rules published within the togel betting interface.
Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at api228's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet has been accepted before the market suspension. api228 does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the api228 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, graphics, game assets, text, data, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of api228 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of api228.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api228, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:
